This is the privacy policy for the Picobean app at picobean.ai. It explains how Picobean accesses, uses, stores, and shares Google user data. You can read it without signing in at https://picobean.ai/en/privacy.
Google API Disclosure
Picobean's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Who we are
Picobean operates the Picobean application on picobean.ai. Picobean is a TikTok marketing research platform for influencer discovery, product seeding, and competitor sponsorship monitoring.
Google user data we access
Picobean uses Sign in with Google only to create and authenticate your Picobean account. When you choose that sign-in, we access the Google account data you provide for that purpose:
- Your Google account name
- Your Google account email address
- Your Google profile picture
- The Google account identifier that comes with that sign-in
The scopes are openid, userinfo.email, and userinfo.profile. We do not request or access Gmail, Google Contacts, Google Drive, Google Calendar, or any other Google files.
How we use Google user data
We use Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing features of Picobean. We use your name, email address, profile picture, and account identifier to create your Picobean account, sign you in, and show your name and picture inside the app. We do not use Google user data for any other purpose.
How we share Google user data
We do not sell Google user data. We do not transfer or disclose your information to third parties for purposes other than the ones provided in this policy. We share Google user data only with service providers that host Picobean and complete sign-in, and only so they can provide that service.
How we protect sensitive data
Security procedures are in place to protect the confidentiality of your data. We use encryption to protect your information, including sensitive data such as your email address and Google account identifier, during transmission and after it is received. Connections to picobean.ai use encryption in transit (HTTPS). Access to this data is limited to the people and systems that operate Picobean.
Other data we collect
- Information you submit while using Picobean, such as research prompts and campaign details.
- Technical data needed to run the service, such as browser type, basic log data, and session identifiers.
Cookies and sessions
We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as language. You can control cookies in your browser. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in.
How long we keep data and how to delete it
We keep Google account data and other personal information while your Picobean account is active and for the time needed to fulfill the purposes in this policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. When that period ends, we delete or destroy the data.
You may request deletion of your data by emailing jinwoo.ahn@picobean.ai. We will delete or anonymize the personal data associated with your account unless we must keep a record to meet a legal obligation.
Changes
If we change how Picobean uses Google user data, we will update this policy and the date above. Before we use Google user data in a new way or for a different purpose, we will notify you and ask you to agree to the updated policy.
